Sunset in Old Digha Beach [HD]

View of Sunset in Old Digha is just superb  & I've recorded this video on 31st October 2012 at 4:59 pm . As a very big glowing dish immerses into the sky, the reddish sky covers the whole beach .  Water of Bay of Bengal changes its colour according to  the sky . Visitors  take their bath in the reddish light, coming  out of the horizon. due to the sunrise. Digha is situated on the bank of the Bay Of  Bengal  .Digha is a seaside resort town in the state of West Bengal, India , is one such place in the vicinity of Kolkata, which can provide an environment exactly similar to other beaches in india, is the famous beach . It is  Situated almost around 200 KM from Kolkata and around 25 KM from the Mandarmoni beach, Digha is a beauty in its own.. It lies in East Midnapore district and at the northern end of the Bay of Bengal. It is the most popular sea resort in the West Bengal. Renowned for its beaches, Digha is visited by thousands of tourists every year. Known for the beauty of the beach and the special sea-side food hubs, Digha is a wonderful visiting paradise for the visitors. Tourists mainly spot two places, the old Digha beach and the new Digha beach. The old Digha beach is more of for taking a dip in the water and spending a cool and calm time. The Old Digha beach is more of a food hub come everything else. And as usual I visited both the beaches New  & Old Digha Beaches and  also did some shopping and as the sun set is more beautiful  in Old Digha Beach, I went in to the beach and sit there watching the lovely Bay of Bengal (in Bengali they call it ‘Bangopo Sagar’ ), with the tides rising high. Slowly the tide water came in and I finished my visit of the day, making a way back to the hotel.  I've recorded many video-clips as well as many photographs During Sunset  from Old  Digha.                                             Agradwip is situated on the bank of river Ganga ( or Ganges) under the District Burdwan , West Bengal , India. This sacred place is situated about six miles (aprox.) south of Katwa. It is situated on the west side of the Ganga, about 26 miles (aprox.) northwest of Mayapur . Krishnagar Chasapara ‘BURIMAA’ Jagaddhatri Puja - 2014

'BURIMAA' , Chasapara , Krishnagar  City , West Bengal , India  The idol of Jagaddhatri of Chasapara Barowari is the oldest one in Krishnagar and is well-known as ‘ BURIMAA ’. It is said that , in the year 1763   Raja (King)  Krishna Chandra Ray started  worshiping  goddess Jagaddhatri  in Krishnagar for the first time in  his own Royal Palace (Rajbari) .  The Jagaddhatri Puja at Chasapara Barowari was started in 1772 followed by its beginning at The Royal family of Krishnagar Rajbari the Jagaddhatri Puja in Krishnagar takes place on the ‘ Sukla Nabam ’ day of Bengali month  ‘ Kartik ’ and is one day’s celebration. The idol of  ‘ BURIMAA ’ is being adorned with huge amount of gold and silver ornaments in the previous (whole night) night of the Puja .
